A Bit About I Need A Builder

We’re a South Australian commercial fit-out and construction company, established in 2022 after more than 20 years of working in partnership with other building companies. We bring together a rare combination of commercial expertise and operational strategy.

Anita provides the strategic oversight, acting as a fractional advisor across marketing, operations, and finance – ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Damien brings licensed trade skills as a shop-fitter and electrician, with decades of hands-on experience exclusively in commercial environments.

Together, they make sure every project is delivered with technical excellence, practice know-how, and a clients-first mindset.

The Work We're Involved In

Our work is entirely commercial and often delivered in live, operational environments. This includes:

Retail fit-outs and refurbishments
Hospitality, cafe and food tenancies
